Looking for a hassle-free way to cater your event? Look no further than our convenient food truck service! Our restaurant on wheels is fully equipped to serve your guests with a full-service experience, providing all the necessary items, such as silverware, plates, and napkins.


Choosing our food truck is highly recommended when you want to avoid the hassle of setting up and cleaning after your event. Let us handle the logistics while you sit back, relax, and enjoy the delicious food and seamless service that Los Rios is known for.

To confirm your event date and secure our food truck service, we require payment of the rental fee upfront. This payment can be made either in cash or by check. Please note that your event is not officially booked until we receive this fee.

In addition, we require your agreement to the terms outlined in our food truck contract.

HILLS: Our food truck is unable to navigate Hill with a grade of 30% or higher


GATES: The width of any gates or entry points at your venue should be wide enough for our food truck to clear.


TREES: Please check for any overhanging trees or other potential obstacles at your venue.

If the food truck is to be parked on public property, check with the city regarding parking permissions. The client must verify that parking at the event location is allowed. And the event the truck cannot park, all monies, for the event will be retained.

Inform us of any dietary restrictions, such as gluten–free, vegan, vegetarian or other special needs so we can accommodate them accordingly.

FOOD TRUCK OPTIONS:

FOOD TRUCK RENTAL FEE: $200

The rental fee is due at the time of booking and does not go towards the final bill. Once the event is booked, the fee is non-refundable with no exceptions. Please note that the rental fee is required for both Option 1 and Option 2 packages.

OPTION 1:

CATERING FROM THE FOOD TRUCK

$800 MINIMUM

With this option, your guests can order from the selected food truck, catering menu options, chosen by you. The price is $15 per person and includes one appetizer and one entrée per person.

THIS OPTION INCLUDES:

  • Food Truck Onsite
  • Disposalbe plateware
  • Up to three appetizer selections
  • Up to two entree selections (Refer to the food truck catering menu to select your entree options)

The final cost will be determined by the final headcount provided two days before the event.

OPTION 2:

RUNNING TAB OPTION

MINIMUM $800+ $200 RENTAL FEE

Guests have the freedom to order anything they desire from our food, truck menu, including tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos, appetizers, and Moore, for a duration of two hours. Our food truck team will keep a running tab of orders at regular menu prices, and the final balance will be settled at the end of our shift.

THIS OPTION INCLUDES:

  • Food Truck on-Site
  • Disposable plateware

OPTION 3:

GATHERING/EVENTS OPTION

MINIMUM $900

This option is intended for vending purposes rather than private events. If you're looking to book the food truck for a vending opportunity at a public event, block, party, festival, or similar gathering where guests will individually purchase food from the truck, this option would be suitable. The food truck rental fee is waived for this option.

THIS OPTION INCLUDES:

  • Full Food Truck Menu
  • Each guest pays for their own food
  • If the minimum of $900 is not met, the host is responsible for covering the difference.
